Yoga is a hugely popular and hugely accessible sport that is great for people who like to exercise in classes, but want something more than aerobics. It’s easy to get into it, whether it is at home or at your local leisure centre. The British Wheel of Yoga website has everything a beginner or even an expert could possibly need from advice to training to national yoga news.  But even if you are just toying with the idea of trying it out at home, the online resources are endless with loads of videos and how tos to get you posing at a moment’s notice.
